Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to engage customers in the Hisense department, understand their needs, and provide expert service and recommendations. You will stay current on Hisense products through trainings and certifications, delivering relevant, memorable solutions that excite and reassure customers.

You will drive sales, support merchandising, and collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, team-oriented store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals.
