Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a part-time Retail Display Installer in Aberdeen, NC to set up, assemble, maintain and troubleshoot promotional displays at major retailers. The role covers an assigned territory with up to 15 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, no weekends.

You will report with same-day digital surveys including photos for each store visit. You’ll receive $17.00 per hour, W2 employment with bi-weekly pay, a 401(k) with company match, travel reimbursement, paid training, and PTO

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork: able to work alone and with a small team.
• Tech-ready: internet access, basic handheld tools, Wi‑Fi/GPS device; laptop a plus.
• Travel ability: must have a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Physical ability: stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Purpose: ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Reporting: submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
