Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Electronic Repair Technician for a Charlotte, NC manufacturing facility. This Direct Hire role on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8 AM–5 PM) offers training for upward progression and requires high school education with 3+ years of experience. Salary is $45,760–$52,000 per year.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in electronic repair or related field.
Experience reading electronic schematics and wiring diagrams.
Proficient with troubleshooting and testing electronic circuits.

Responsibilities

Diagnose electronic circuit board failures to component level.
Perform component-level repairs, replacing resistors, capacitors, ICs, relays, connectors, and power devices.
Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power supplies to identify faults.
Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams and technical documents.
Conduct functional testing and quality inspections on repaired boards.
Soldering and desoldering of through-hole and surface-mount components.
Maintain repair records and inventory of replacement components.
Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
Log all work as it arrives and departs.
