Job summary

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electronic failures, adhering to strict testing standards, and demonstrating exceptional soldering skills. The ideal candidate has a 2-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering and experience with printed circuit boards. Qualifications

• Experience reading prints, schematics, and other manufacturing documents.
• Prior experience in IPC‑A‑610 or IPC‑7711 standards.
• Expert manual soldering skills: Thru-Hole, SMT, Leadless, BGAs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair failures; diagnose root cause and recommend corrective action.
• Monitor and maintain testing station performance.
• Train Repair Technicians on new testing procedures.
