Zebra Technologies is seeking an entry-level technician to perform basic functionality tests and modular repairs on units for government contracts. Under supervision you will test, troubleshoot and document repairs using standard procedures, maintaining data records and meeting production goals.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a Public Trust/Sensitive Security Clearance, and readiness to pass comprehensive background checks, drug screening, and security verifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Less than 1 year of work experience.
• U.S. citizenship required - must be able to obtain a Public Trust / Sensitive Security Clearance.
• Must be willing to undergo extensive background screening and drug testing.

Responsabilités

• Performs setup, testing and modular level repair to whole units.
• Maintains accurate record keeping for individual repairs.
• Uses custom software testing suites to diagnose hardware failures.
• Recognizes failures, follows engineering changes, and determines appropriate action.
• Uses equipment such as a voltmeter, computer, and special test fixtures.
• Maintains production and quality output standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
