Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a detail-driven Quality Inspector to ensure products meet customer expectations and industry standards in a fast-paced electronics environment.

You will inspect materials, assemblies, and finished goods, operate AOI equipment, and document results while collaborating with production and engineering teams to resolve issues. Proficiency with PCBAs and IPC knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with fine components.
• Ability to distinguish colors and fine circuit detail.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products
• Perform detailed inspections of PCB assemblies (PCBAs) using magnification
• Verify product conformance using measurement tools and test equipment
• Operate Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment
• Identify electronic components and ensure proper placement and quality
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
• Document inspection results and report non-conformances
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues
