Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson in New Johnsonville, TN seeks an Electronics Operations Quality Manager to oversee QA and QC within Operations, address internal and external customer quality issues, and ensure products meet requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing, lead staff on quality standards, conduct audits, and present quality performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Management
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar certification
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
• Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures.
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address quality issues.
• Establish quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Lead and train staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management.
