Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to ensure every PCB meets IPC-A-610 and ISO 13485 standards. You will perform manual inspections across incoming, in-process, and final stages, recording results and guiding improvements.

Collaborating with Production and QA Management, you’ll verify equipment setups, trace wiring diagrams, and authorize repairs when needed to keep shipments flawless.

Qualifications

• Experience performing PCB inspections to IPC 610 standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 fundamentals.
• Ability to read BOM and wiring diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual inspections at incoming, in-process, and final stages; record results per QMS.
• Audit processes and verify equipment set-ups before and during production.
• Authorize repairs and re-inspect after completion; loop in QA/Production managers when needed.
• Drive in-process disposition of nonconforming material and assist root-cause problem solving.
