Job summary

Crown Personnel Services Inc is seeking a Quality Technician in Ohio to perform in-process and final inspections of electronic and electromechanical assemblies. The role involves documenting engineering changes, verifying configuration accuracy, and ensuring all tests are completed per specifications.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in electronics QA, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Monday–Thursday with rotating Fridays. Start pay $22–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US person (US citizen or permanent resident) required.
• Minimum 2 years electronics industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years QA experience in electronics preferred.
• Experience with military and/or aerospace requirements preferred.
• Stand/walk/sit for a 10-hour shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds, up to 75 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections to verify conformance to specifications.
• Interpret and document engineering changes on build documentation.
• Verify configuration accuracy and develop configuration summaries, including As Built vs As Designed.
• Verify all specified tests are completed per specification.
• Document and address nonconformances and communicate results to appropriate groups.
• Present product and documentation to customer source inspection.
• Prepare QA shipping documentation per customer requirements.
• Review contract requirements and ensure compliance.
• Understand source inspection requirements and schedule inspections as needed.
• Maintain and forward documentation to Sales, QA, and customer as required.
• Maintain build documentation and capture return data in databases.
