XLR8 EMS in California is seeking a Program Manager to steer strategic programs across design, procurement, and production, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering).
• 4–7 years of experience in a Program/Project Manager role handling multiple customers with an electronics contract manufacturer.
• On-site, full-time role; remote work not supported.
• Experience collaborating with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Finance to achieve project goals.
• Knowledge of Gerber/Fab files, identifying assembly drawings, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project activities to meet strategic objectives and manage customer requirements.
• Interface with customers on job requirements, deadlines, and production needs.
• Prepare quotations, accept POs, schedule jobs; ship products and generate invoices.
• Perform duties of Buyer/Planner and contribute to the production schedule.
• Collaborate with engineering on job-specific requirements and customer product needs.
• Input and manage data related to jobs/programs.
• Manage daily tasks with time management and self-direction; supervise program staff.
• Train and mentor new program managers and buyers as needed.
• Perform other duties to support customer requirements.
