Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Program Manager (PM2) to lead EMS programs from design through delivery. You will define scope, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-specification, cost-effective results.

You will liaise with customers, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in electronics manufacturing, with strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years in electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or relevant industry experience with complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope and requirements, ensuring product design aligns with customer specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Develop and manage timelines, adjusting schedules to meet milestones such as NPI, completion and delivery dates.
• Management of IQ, OQ, PQ validations.
• Monitor and manage program metrics, including on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost performance.
• Coordinate Customer Focused Teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and supply chain.
• Act as the primary customer liaison, ensuring expectations are met and updates or issues are communicated.
• Oversee financials, including revenue forecasting, cost estimates, and P&L variances.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and ROI.
• Ensure manufactured products meet quality standards and required certifications.
• Resolve quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage changes to project requirements, timelines, budgets, or designs.
• Monitor production stages, scaling from prototypes to meet demand.
• Coordinate supply chain needs to avoid disruptions.
• Oversee delivery logistics, ensuring on-time shipping in good condition.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Travel as required (up to 10%).
• Other duties as assigned.
