Job summary

J&T Business Consulting is seeking a Process Engineer to assist the Director of Engineering in designing and sustaining manufacturing processes for PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies. You will develop SOPs, troubleshoot on the floor, support NPI, review drawings, and help implement DFx, with cross-functional collaboration to keep schedules on track and production flowing.

A Bachelor’s in Engineering and hands-on problem-solving are required; proficiency with shop floor systems like Aegis is a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field.
Strong mechanical foundation with emphasis on automation and machine programming.
Ability to read engineering blueprints and electrical schematics.
Proficient in math and data analysis for rates, tolerances, and calculations.
Knowledge of electronic component identification; IPC-A-610 training preferred.
Experience with Shop Floor Tracking Systems (Aegis) preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, document manufacturing processes, SOPs, and work instructions for PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies.
Provide real-time troubleshooting to minimize downtime and boost productivity.
Support NPI, design reviews, and DFx feedback to customers.
Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
