We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also working on the Bell 525 Relentless and the High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next-generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth.

Bell is seeking an Electronics Mechanic to support the Flight Research Center in Arlington, TX.

  • Lay out and install tubing and/or tubing systems for instrumentation work.
  • May be assigned to install, adjust, and maintain control tower or other fixed base or mobile communications equipment.
  • Conduct “in-flight tests” as necessary.
  • Obtain any additional licenses or permits required by the government to meet regulations.

Tools & Equipment Used:

  • Radio repair and electrician’s hand tools, flaring tools, tube cutters, and tubing installation tools.
  • Various power and hand tools necessary for the work.

  • Successful completion of an 18 to 24-month accredited curriculum in Electronics Engineering or Electronics Technology within the last 10 years, or a military Electronics/Avionics course of at least 8 months within the last 10 years.
