Unknown Electronics Manufacturer in Loveland, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician / Manufacturing Support Engineer for a full-time evening shift. Pay ranges from $24-26 per hour, DOE, with a 3:15pm-11:45pm schedule and evaluation-hire status.

The role focuses on supporting machine centers, debugging processes, and developing standard work; candidates should have an AAS in a related field and experience with electronics manufacturing and PCBA assembly.

Qualifications

Associate degree (AAS) in Manufacturing, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or equivalent experience.
Experience with electronics manufacturing and PCBA assembly.
Strong troubleshooting and process improvement skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Provide production support for machine center processes and equipment.
Troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment issues.
Create and maintain Pick & Place (P&P), AOI, and Selective Solder programs.
Manage and maintain reflow profiles for existing products.
Develop work instructions, process flows, and manufacturing best practices.
Support autonomous maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime.
Train team members on established manufacturing processes.
Perform root cause analysis on defects and failures.
Monitor manufacturing programs, recipes, KPIs, and process trends.
Track production yields and support corrective and preventive actions.
Recommend and implement improvements to quality, productivity, and cost reduction efforts.
