Job summary

Salcomp Manufacturing USA is seeking a hands-on Process Technician to support daily production operations in Arlington, TX. You will assist with assembly, maintain jigs/fixtures, troubleshoot issues, and support new product introductions.

The ideal candidate has basic mechanical assembly skills, familiarity with production fixtures, and 2–10 years in manufacturing or a technical role. Shift options and safety compliance are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical assembly knowledge.
• Familiarity with jigs and fixtures used in production environments.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, data entry, system login).
• 2-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical role.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly tasks according to work instructions and process guidelines.
• Operate and maintain production jigs and fixtures; assist in troubleshooting and adjustments to support smooth production.
• Support manufacturing engineers in process setup, line qualification, and daily process monitoring.
• Conduct basic equipment checks and communicate abnormal conditions to engineers or supervisors.
• Prepare, organize, and update production-related documentation when needed.
• Assist with handling materials, components, and tooling used in production processes.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Follow ESD, safety, and facility rules to maintain a clean and controlled work environment.
