Job summary

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing Planners in Everett, WA to support build plans and cost/quality performance. The contract role involves urgent factory support and coordination with global teams to meet delivery commitments.

The position requires 6+ years in manufacturing, ability to read engineering drawings, and willingness to work 2nd shift. Pay rate is 48–53 USD hourly with standard benefits through the 3rd party contractor.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability and willingness to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and maintains manufacturing plans, BOMs, work instructions, and illustrations to define as-built configuration.
• Assists with development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
• Assists in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.
• Identifies tooling requirements and initiates tooling orders based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
• Assists in tooling dispositions.
• Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues.
• Assists with producibility assessments for part or product designs.
• Assists in providing input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
• Develops work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
• Assists in the review, maintenance and monitoring of internal documents.
