Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience with ISO9001:2015 quality systems

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing operations including hand assembly, PCBA (SMT and through-hole), cable and box build
• Oversee processes with contract manufacturers and suppliers
• Develop manufacturing processes, build instructions, PFMEA and Control Plans
• Provide design for manufacturability input during design and development
• Train and mentor operators and technicians
• Resolve manufacturing and quality issues and drive improvements
