Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support electronic assembly areas and translate design requirements into manufacturing instructions.

You will read complex drawings and CAD data, provide hands-on support, and work with engineering, program management and manufacturing teams to meet cost and schedule targets. A strong manufacturing background with CAD proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in an engineering role with a manufacturing operations focus.
• Ability to read complex drawings and CAD models and write instructions.

Responsibilities

• Translate design requirements into manufacturing drawings and instructions.
• Provide daily hands-on support to assembly of complex circuit card assemblies.
• Interface with engineering, program management and manufacturing to meet goals.
• Assist in proposal activity and contend with cost and schedule targets.
