Job summary

A leading staffing agency is partnering with an electronics manufacturing organization in California, seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. This hands-on role involves improving SMT, electronic assembly, and test processes. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience and a relevant engineering degree. Responsibilities include acting as a technical interface, optimizing processes, and supporting new product introductions. The position is fully onsite and requires flexibility in working hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience in SMT and electronic assembly environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal teams.
• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Support New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Conduct DFM/DFT reviews and manage engineering changes.
