Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a live manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting across components, boards, sensors, and test systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings, and test procedures.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Practical, can-do approach working across production, quality, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep daily production moving for electronics-based products, assemblies, and test processes.
• Troubleshoot electronic issues at the source: components, boards, sensors, wiring, test equipment.
• Collaborate with operators and technicians to resolve floor problems quickly.
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects and process variation and implement lasting corrective actions.
• Support testing/validation of components and assemblies in production.
• Improve and standardize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and test procedures.
• Coach teams to enhance diagnostic methods and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Support new product introduction, transfers, and engineering changes into production.
• Identify and eliminate rework, waste, and production flow losses.
• Use data to prioritize improvements and measure impact.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
