Job summary

Hydrogen Group in the United States is seeking an Electronics Lab Technician to join the reliability and testing team for EV hardware, including ECUs and telematics. This hands-on role collaborates with engineering leads to run tests, analyze data, and support hardware bring-up.

Travel within Palo Alto, Hayward, and San Jose lab locations is allowed; this 18-month contract features onsite work with occasional travel. Candidates must pass an MVR check and have a technical electronics background.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent in electronics testing.
• 5+ years building automated test equipment or industrial automation.
• Experience with soldering and circuit board rework.
• Experience with electrical testing using lab tools.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware bring-up and test equipment operation in the lab.
• Own calibration and setup of thermal and vibration chambers.
• Troubleshoot and document failures in DUT and harness.
