Job summary

Qnity in Marlborough, MA is hiring an Associate Laboratory Technician to support R&D activities in our electronics materials division. You will perform routine laboratory tasks, experiments, and data collection under the guidance of senior staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field and 1+ year experience in lab/fab settings. First shift; opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge lithography and materials research at Qnity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• 1+ years in a laboratory and fabrication clean room setting preferred.
• Experience with lithography scanners and wafer processing tracks preferred.
• Good understanding of lab safety procedures and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare formulation samples by weighing and mixing chemicals.
• Perform filtration and circulation for formulation samples.
• Conduct photolithography experiments in the fabrication lab.
• Record, organize and communicate experimental data.
• Maintain lab areas, storage areas and equipment.
• Ensure high safety performance.
