Electronics Lab Assembler/Coordinator III

Job Description

Our employees work on the world’s most advanced electronics, supporting missions across air, land, sea, and space. You will help develop systems that sense, control, and disseminate actionable information for warfighters in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems.

The role involves acquiring product knowledge, utilizing, and advancing technical skills in product development on advanced projects. Responsibilities include:

  1. Working in the Engineering Product Support lab, prioritizing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Preparing work orders, IT orders, and managing test equipment utilization.
  3. Conducting lab self-assessments for safety and compliance.
  4. Verifying ESD lab bench mats and documenting results.
  5. Supporting QA audits and addressing deficiencies.
  6. Overseeing technician activities and providing engineering supplies.
  7. Performing repairs on products and interpreting electronic schematics.
  8. Assembling or repairing engineering test fixtures.
  9. Building CCAs, supporting rework, and verifying components with digital voltmeters.
  10. Documenting rework, non-conformances, and safety reports.

Minimum Requirements
  • An associate’s degree or relevant technical certification, or 3+ years’ experience in an engineering lab.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance.
  • Updated IPC soldering certification and rework skills.
  • Experience interpreting drawings, standards, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with test equipment like oscilloscopes and function generators.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment, including overtime.
Preferred Skills
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • RFID experience, qualified assembler, and self-inspection certification.
Pay Range

$61,304 - $98,086 annually, based on market pay structures and individual qualifications.
