Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking a full-time Electronics Hardware Technician to support manufacturing operations on 1st shift in Syracuse, NY. You will assemble, disassemble, and rework production electronic warfare and radar systems and sub-assemblies, following established procedures and drawings.

The role requires interpreting wiring diagrams, using hand and power tools, and performing limited soldering and wire harness work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years related experience OR Associate's degree with 0+ years.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with basic hand/power tools and calibrated torque tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, and rework complex electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Interpret and work from wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.

• Identify and document discrepancies and rework actions throughout production.

SRCTec, LLCis currently seeking a full-time Electronics Hardware Technician to support manufacturing operations on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) at our location in Syracuse, NY. The selected candidate will assemble, disassemble, and rework production electronic warfare and radar systems and sub-assemblies.

What You'll Do

• Adhere to established assembly procedures and production processes to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Assemble, disassemble, and rework complex electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Interpret and work from wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools; properly employ and maintain calibrated torque tools.
• Perform limited soldering, wire preparation, and wire harness assembly.
• Identify and accurately document discrepancies and rework actions throughout the production process.
• Participate in inventory and pack-out operations to facilitate product shipment.
• Complete masking and demasking operations on intricate circuit card assemblies to facilitate the conformal coating process.

What You'll Bring

• Education and experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years related experience OR Associate's degree in related field with 0+ years related experience. Any combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to interpret and work from mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and calibrated torque tools.
• Intermediate computer comprehension skills, to include the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $27.00/hour to $29.00/hour.
