  • Support schematic capture and component selection in collaboration with engineers
  • Prepare documentation packages for fabrication and assembly, including Gerber files, BOMs, and assembly drawings
  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot PCBs, wiring harnesses, and prototype systems
  • Rework and modify PCBs, including soldering surface‑mount and through‑hole components
  • Maintain accurate records of design revisions, build notes, and test results
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet functional and manufacturing requirements
Professional Requirements
  • Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience with PCB design, layout, and documentation
  • Proficiency with at least one PCB CAD software tool (Altium or OrCAD Preferred)
  • Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals, circuit design, and signal‑integrity principles
  • Skilled in soldering and rework, including fine‑pitch surface‑mount components
  • Comfortable working from schematics, drawings, and verbal instructions
  • Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
