Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking an Electronics Engineer I to contribute to full lifecycle design of board- and system-level electronics for cutting-edge RF communication systems. The role offers hands-on, collaborative work in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Electrical Engineering, strong EE fundamentals, and experience with lab equipment; familiarity with PCB tools and LTSpice is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position in Westminster, MD.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience designing, analyzing, and testing board-level electronics.
• Strong fundamentals in EE and related fields.
• Knowledge of software and mechanical domains is a plus.
• Experience using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters or logic analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement board-level and system-level electronics hardware for RF systems.
• Develop bring-up plans and design verification for new circuit elements.
• Deliver subcircuits or boards to production and deployment.
