Job summary

TechINT Solutions Group is seeking an electronics technician to perform circuit analysis, develop accurate schematics, and support law enforcement investigations at the TEDAC/TExU site. The role involves soldering, reverse engineering, and data recovery using advanced instrumentation on complex devices.

Travel up to 10% internationally is required, and candidates must hold an active TS clearance. A bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required, with experience in testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Active Top Secret clearance required to be considered.
• Experience testing electronic or electrical devices with standard lab equipment.
• Experience performing analysis, generating schematics, and troubleshooting devices to component level.
• Knowledge of PCB layout and inter-IC interfaces (I2C, SPI, LPC, or PCIE).
• Ability to prepare written documents and brief findings to clients and partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform circuit analysis of electronic circuits and schematics to determine functionality.
• Develop accurate schematics of complex devices in various conditions.
• Conduct soldering/desoldering of components and reverse engineering; troubleshoot and test.
• Enter device characteristics into databases and other tools for further analysis.
• Perform electronic data recovery and digital forensic examinations to identify relevant information.
• Characterize electrical function and communication traits of circuits using instrumentation.
