Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Burlington, MA to visit stores, set up and maintain product displays across assigned territory, and report back with photos and surveys. The role involves working Monday through Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with up to 25 hours weekly and no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Versatility: handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork: comfortable working independently and with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Store visits to major retail stores within an assigned territory to set up and maintain products.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Represent clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Schedule up to 25 hours per week, Monday-Thursday; 8:00am to 5:00pm; no weekends/evenings.
• Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
