Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret Schematics, BOMs, EC documents, visuals, and testing tools.
• Ability to present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a PC with Windows OS and related software.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Jabil software packages.
• Ability to read and understand visuals and documents.
• Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to work with standardized situations with few variables.
• Ability to read simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to compute basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic powered functional test failures to a component level.
• Exhibit proficiency in the use of electronic test and measurement equipment.
• Understand and utilize assembly documentation such as schematics, BOMs, EC documents, visuals, debugging and testing tools.
• Assist Test Engineering with data evaluation to improve diagnostic efficiency.
• Follow Jabil production requirements, rules, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Diagnostics department to meet yield goals.
• Adhere to safety and health rules and company security policies.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
