Job summary

The Hiring Method, LLC in Las Vegas is seeking an Electronics Engineering Technician to support the design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of advanced electronic systems for aviation and defense. This hands-on role involves prototyping, troubleshooting, and field deployment, collaborating with Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Systems Engineers.

Travel internationally and domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics related field.
• Experience developing, building, or troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Knowledge of PCB layout, schematics, and components.
• Experience using test equipment (O-scilloscope, multimeters, logic analyzers, power supplies).
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally and support deployments.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, troubleshoot, and integrate advanced electronic systems for aviation and defense.
• Support PCB layout, hardware development, and prototype assembly.
• Conduct system-level testing, validation, and environmental qualification.
• Diagnose component-level failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Systems Engineers.
• Maintain technical documentation, test procedures, and records.
• Support field deployments, system installation, and customer training.
