Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 4+ years electronics technician experience
• Experience with electronic lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, signal generators, analyzers)
• Advanced soldering techniques (fine-pitch, QFN, BGA)
• Experience with Cadence OrCAD and Allegro
• LabVIEW and embedded system programming knowledge
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, automotive, aerospace)
• Ability to interpret schematics and engineering documentation
• Strong problem-solving and independent work能力
• Effective teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Modify, repair, test, and troubleshoot electronic systems and PCBAs
• Support design teams to improve products for manufacturing and field performance
• Build and debug systems with microprocessors, FPGAs, power electronics
• Perform lab testing with oscilloscopes, generators, analyzers
• Execute validation, verification and reliability testing and document results
• Develop test setups and fixtures using shop tools
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
• Lead or support small technical projects and drive issue resolution
