Job summary

Aaron’s, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to load, deliver, install, demonstrate, and pickup merchandise for customers, both inside and outside the store.

The role emphasizes safe driving and positive customer experiences in a fast-paced, store-based environment. The pay range is $15.25 to $16.00 per hour, with benefits such as on-demand pay, paid time off, health insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for positions within the United States.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification, if required for the position’s location.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance from another associate.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
