Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Co-Op student to join the Milford Operations Engineering team. This role combines hands-on manufacturing support with project-based engineering work for Liquid Chromatography products.

You will help design, maintain, troubleshoot, and deploy manufacturing test equipment while collaborating with experienced engineers on new product introductions and ongoing operations. The hourly rate for this role is $24.50 per hour, and you will work on-site in Milford with

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a high school vocational program in electronics, robotics or engineering.
• Basic understanding of circuits, mechanics, robotics, and software.
• Familiar with hand/power tools and measurement devices.
• Able to read schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Duplicate test systems and equipment used to support production.
• Assemble, document and debug fixtures and tooling.
• Support manufacturing & test of LC products in Milford.
• Test and debug PCBA’s and electromechanical assemblies.
• Maintain lab environment and procure parts.
• Safe handling of chemicals in a lab/manufacturing environment.
