Job summary

Air Liquide Electronics in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Project Manager to lead capital projects, manage scope, schedule, and risk, and coordinate with operations and customers. Strong leadership, collaboration, and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering Degree required (or equivalent).
• 3-5 years project management experience.
• Demonstrated team leadership ability and strong communication skills.
• Safety leadership experience in ESG/PSM environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and safely execute assigned capital projects to baselines at Electronics customer sites.
• Manage project progress and risk across all phases: funding, design, procurement, installation, turnover, closeout, capitalization.
• Create & present monthly project status reports and chair monthly steering team meetings.
• Collaborate with operations and customers to integrate projects into existing operations.
• Ensure completion of deliverables and safe transition to Facility Manager.
• Coordinate with local authorities for permits and inspections; ensure OSHA-PSM and EPA-RMP requirements.
