Job description

Yulista Contract Services LLC

Primary Function:

Yulista Contract Service provides full on-site and off-site maintenance flight/Functional Check Flight operations to support the US Army Flight Test Directorate (AFTD) at Redstone Arsenal, AL. Support is conducted in accordance with current Army directives, including but not limited to, AR 95-1 and AR 95-20.

Support areas include completing all maintenance test flights on AFTD aircraft, fault isolation and troubleshooting, and managing internal contractor pilot and non-rated crewmember flight records.

Essential Duties:
  1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctions in the H-64 Series armament, electrical, and avionics systems and components, including solid state and transistorized subsystems, following technical manuals, directives, and safety procedures.
  2. Perform maintenance, authorized modifications, and alignment on aircraft weapons components, fire control units, sighting elements, electronic, and mechanical devices.
  3. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in safety, documentation, HAZMAT, training/licenses/certifications, scheduling, production control, and management.
  • Analytical ability with knowledge and application of assurance principles and techniques.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background in aviation with an electronics specialty.
  • Completion of an Army Aircraft Armament Maintainers course.
  • At least 6 years of experience maintaining the Army H-64 series weapon system.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Participation in drug-free workplace policies and pre-employment substance abuse testing.
