Job summary

Sage Sustainable Electronics in Reno, NV is seeking an Electronic Registration Technician to perform asset reconciliation upon receipt of product and capture detailed attributes for change of custody. This role supports accurate asset tracking and prepares items for disposition while maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities include evaluating cosmetic condition, reconciling each asset, and identifying hardware for disposition (resell, repair, harvest, recycle).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with electronics hardware products.
• Ability to identify PC hardware, servers, telecom, networking gear and peripherals.
• Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem solving and ability to multitask.
• Strong written, verbal, and comprehension communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Data entry and attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates cosmetic condition of electronic assets.
• Reconciliation of each asset.
• Systematically capture attributes of electronic assets.
• Evaluates and identifies hardware for specific disposition (resell, repair, harvest, recycle, etc.).
• Triage product for the next production process.
• Cross train in other areas within Operations to ensure site flexibility.
