Job Position: Electronics Assembly Worker (Full Time – 38-40 hours per week)

Supervisor: Operations Manager

Positions Supervised: None

Job Summary: Responsible for performing electronic sensors assembly work in a clean, modern industrial environment. Assembles finished products using manual and semi-automated processes. Starts, operates, tends, stops, and cleans machinery. Includes soldering electronic components. Inspects finished products for quality assurance and performs final testing. Performs all functions safely and efficiently.

Education/Experience:

  • High School diploma
  • Experience in electronics assembly environment

Essential Functions:

  • Identify items needed for assembly
  • Load/unload components from machines and storage
  • Clean production areas and machinery
  • Feed or place items into equipment
  • Remove damaged or defective components
  • Manage production equipment
  • Measure and record product data
  • Read gauges and meters
  • Label parts
  • Ensure specifications are met
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
