Regal Staffing Services is now hiring experienced Electronics Assembly Technicians to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Arlington, TX. If you have hands-on experience with circuit boards, assembly, quality control, or electronic manufacturing equipment—we want to hear from you!

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in electronics assembly, soldering, and troubleshooting.
• Manual Skills: Steady hands and precision for assembling small electronic components.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (mouse, keyboard, screen navigation); manufacturing software experience a plus.
• Language: Must read, write, and speak English fluently for safety and communication.
• Instruction Compliance: Ability to follow detailed written instructions and diagrams.
• Physical Requirements: Comfortable standing for full shifts at standing workstations.
  
  

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Mon–Fri (Saturdays as needed) | $16.00/hr.
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Mon–Fri (Saturdays as needed) | $16.80/hr.
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Tues–Sat (OT as required) | $17.60/hr.
