Aerotek is seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician in Appleton, WI for a contract-to-hire role. You will assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools and production machinery in a climate-controlled facility, following computer-based instructions and performing quality checks along the way.

This hands-on position emphasizes attention to detail, basic soldering, data entry into multiple programs, and collaboration with leads, supervisors, and training staff to meet production

Formación

• Experience with basic production tasks and tool use.
• Ability to read and follow step-by-step instructions.
• Comfort with entering data in computer programs.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools.
• Operate production machinery to apply solder paste and handle small components.
• Follow detailed computer-based instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Log into and navigate multiple programs to access assembly docs.
• Perform quality checks on completed work before moving forward.
• Use basic soldering techniques as needed for board assembly.
• Support picking, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with leads and supervisors to improve skills and hit goals.
• Provide basic customer-focused support when needed.
