Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services seeks an OE Electronics Assembly Associate for 1st shift to assemble air dryers and electronic components, route and test wiring harnesses, and work on a core salvaging line. This short-term temp-to-direct-hire role requires detail orientation and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Overtime, including Saturdays, is required. Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing or assembly experience, but it is not mandatory; attendance and work ethic will determine

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for permanent placement or within 6 months of hire.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or industrial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand/finger coordination.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work required overtime, including Saturdays.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work up to 10 hours/day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble air dryers, electronic components, and related parts.
• Work on the core salvaging line.
• Route and install wiring harnesses according to specifications.
• Perform testing and programming of electronic components.
• Complete detailed assembly work requiring strong fine‑motor skills.
• Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards.
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Safely perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Be comfortable around forklifts and other industrial equipment; forklift operation may occasionally be required but is not expected to be a primary responsibility.
