Job summary

Manpower in the United States is seeking an Electronic Assembler to perform routine electronic and mechanical assembly at the unit and module level using blueprints, work instructions, and diagrams. Assemble and inspect components, perform rework, and ensure products meet quality standards.

You will read/interpret assembly documentation, perform rework and incorporate engineering changes, solder and rework circuit boards, verify product quality, and maintain accurate documentation while adhering

Qualifications

• 3–5 years assembly experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
• Proficient with hand tools and basic computer skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and access export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assemble components using drawings, wire lists, and hand tools
• Read/interpret assembly documentation and suggest process improvements
• Perform rework and incorporate engineering changes
• Solder, touch up, and rework circuit boards
• Verify product quality and documentation accuracy
• Operate equipment and meet productivity/quality standards
