Job Description

Basic Function: An assembler is responsible for putting together parts or pieces following a set of blueprints or schematics for the assembly. The assembler is also responsible for verifying correct quantities of component parts and checking completed items for quality, and may also be responsible for managing parts inventory.

The position requires the assembly of small and complex components.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Assembles all mechanical components.
  • Connect, attach and install electronic parts using hand tools
  • Inspect and test finished assemblies for quality and defects
  • Ensure products meet strict company standards
  • Repetitive workday after day, and requires discipline
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
  • Good computer and technical skills
  • Meet goals follow safety protocols and keep work stations clean and organized
