Job summary

Keytronic is seeking an assembly technician to support operations and contribute to the NPI process. This role involves handling raw materials, assembly, packing, testing, and ensuring quality across production stages.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read drawings and work collaboratively. Experience in electrical assembly and soldering is preferred, though on-the-job training is provided

Responsibilities

• Support production and assembly to meet quality standards.
• Prep components and assemble boards per work instructions.
• Inspect solder quality and perform repairs as needed.
• Read drawings, diagrams, blueprints to determine materials and instructions.
• Assist with NPI coordination with engineering and production teams.
• Troubleshoot the production line to improve efficiency.
