Job summary

TT Electronics in Ohio is seeking a Team Member to load materials, set up and operate automated placement machines, and inspect produced parts. The role requires following manufacturing instructions, loading programs, and performing basic troubleshooting.

The candidate must hold J-STD and IPC certifications, comply with safety policies, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment in Greater Cleveland. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in J Standard and IPC.
• Team members will attend training classes to learn company information and SOPs.
• Physical demands include lifting, standing and frequent handling in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated component placement machines and manage sequence of events.
• Set-up machines, adjust per manufacturing instructions and SOPs.
• Load programs into machines and locate parts using computer systems.
• Identify component types, polarity, and orientation requirements.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to maintain production.
• Follow procedures for handling moisture sensitive devices and safety rules.
• Dispositian of nonconforming material per procedures; perform basic inspections.
