Job summary

Garmin is seeking a full-time Electronics Assembler in Salem, OR to assemble electronic components, subassemblies and systems and to test their function using standard equipment. The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, in a manufacturing setting that emphasizes quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong manual dexterity and good eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Ability to read shop orders and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow assembly instructions.
• Position parts and assemble using hand/power tools.
• Test assemblies using standard equipment per Garmin procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow safety policies.
