Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and quality standards.
• Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with assembly tools, soldering equipment, and reading schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Knowledge of safety procedures when handling tools and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and operate production equipment per specs.
• Perform soldering, crimping, wiring, and mechanical assembly per guidelines.
• Quality-check assembled components against standards.
• Collaborate with production to optimize workflow and troubleshoot.
• Maintain safe, clean workstations and follow 5S.
• Document procedures and issues for continuous improvement.
