Diverse Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift in Zionsville, IN. The role involves operating production equipment, assembling electronics, and preparing PCBs in a clean manufacturing environment on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Ideal candidates can read and follow written instructions, handle small parts, lift up to 25 pounds, and maintain reliable attendance. Soldering and PCB assembly experience are preferred. Weekly pay and benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery.

• Perform basic soldering and inspect connections for quality.
• Inspect parts and completed products for defects.
• Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
