Job summary

Creation Technologies Inc. in Everett, WA, is seeking a skilled assembler to build PCBs and electronic assemblies per MPIs, drawings, and samples.

You will perform complex post-wave tasks, soldering, de-paneling, and use power tools while adhering to IPC A-610 Class II workmanship standards and strict ESD procedures. Strong reading, math, and data-entry abilities are required, with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Knowledge of IPC A-610 specifications is required.
• Ability to perform basic math and read manufacturing drawings; English literacy.
• Familiarity with data entry and basic computer tasks; good manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assembles PCBs and electronic components per MPIs, drawings, and samples.
• Performs post-wave tasks using de-paneling, lead trimming, soldering.
• Follows ESD procedures and material handling guidelines.
• Works to meet production schedules and quality goals.
