Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Inc. is seeking an assembly technician in Lynnwood, WA to perform assigned assembly tasks and prepare components for assembly. You will set up and operate equipment, inspect work, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately for each job.

The role requires 2-5 years of assembly experience, ability to read production/engineering prints, and strong communication skills. OSHA safety and Crane policies must be followed; overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to thoroughly interpret production or engineering prints and wiring diagrams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; basic computer literacy (email, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent; soldering certificate or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks.
• Prepare, clean, mark, and inspect components, subassemblies, or completed assemblies.
• Set up and operate assigned equipment and machinery.
• Maintain safe handling of chemicals and follow OSHA/ Crane policies.
• Complete required paperwork accurately for the cell and product line.
• Create NCRs and work orders for quality issues and assist in resolution.
• Participate in clean-up, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
