Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electronic Assembler for a leading electronics manufacturer in Montevideo, MN. You will join the manufacturing department supporting production operations, focusing on precision, reliability, and safety in daily tasks.

The role offers a daytime shift from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (Fridays until 11 am) with pay at $17.00 per hour, providing hands-on experience in electronics assembly and exposure to quality standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent hand dexterity and manual skills.
• Ability to meet attendance policy (low absenteeism).
• Ability to use a microscope for long periods (9 hours daily).

Responsibilities

• Prepare wafers, components, or semi-products and monitor related hand-stock.
• Process components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine setup and/or CNC / SPS programming if required.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians and external service providers for repair issues.
